​Ms. Robinson's English Class
Every Monday students are given a copy of a nonfiction article to read and annotate. (See "Documents" tab for more information on annotating a text.) I will take a grade every Friday on annotated articles. Students will also recieve a graphic organizer on Fridays to complete during class using the information that they have gathered from the article. Links to each week's article appear below and are updated weekly.
WEEKLY NONFICTION ARTICLES
Week 1: January 9
This week students are reading a review of the nonfiction book I Am Malala from The Washington Post, which tells the story of Malala Yousefzai, a sixteen-year-old Pakistani girl who was shot in the face by the Taliban on her way to school.
